Processing Time

Processing can take anywhere from 24-48 working hours. However, processing may take longer than 48 working hours during holidays and busier seasons. In rare cases, it may be greater than 48 working hours during a regular season. In which case, please contact us at support@honkaihsr.store to confirm that your order is currently being processed.

Please note that any items labelled with [Pre-order] may take up to 200 days to be shipped.

Shipping Methods and Rates

The available shipping methods for eligible countries are as follows:

 

Currently, the countries being shipped to are: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and United States of America.

Please note that for international customers, there may be an additional tax or custom fee not included in the checkout cost, particularly for customers from the USA as the products are being imported from China.

Package Problem

HonkaiHSR.store is not responsible for any lost or confiscated packages that are lost or confiscated by the carrier and as such, we will not offer a refund. In such events, if requested by the customer, we will assist in filing a claim against the carrier company. We apologize for any inconvenience.
